Buffalo, MN — At the Wright County Republican convention last Saturday, March 10th, David FitzSimmons was endorsed on the first ballot for the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 30B. FitzSimmons, a long time resident of Wright County, has worked for many years with his family’s agriculture business.

“I am proud to carry my party’s message to the voters of House District 30B,” said FitzSimmons. “As a proud conservative I will work tirelessly to represent this district with strong convictions based on the beliefs of life, liberty and limited government. The path to restoring Minnesota job growth won’t come through taking money out of the pockets of our state’s people and businesses” FitzSimmons added.

The new House District 30B consists of the cities of Otsego, Albertville, St. Michael, Hanover, and the Wright county portion of Dayton. The new district is made up of portions of former House District 19B, represented by Joe McDonald and House District 32A represented by Joyce Peppin. “Representative McDonald and Representative Peppin set the bar very high for any new representative. This area has a tradition of sending strong conservatives with a common sense, pro growth vision for Minnesota to St. Paul and I hope to continue that record” said FitzSimmons.
